Overview
We designed & developed DC Bank’s Fuse platform, offering unique features to small businesses & seamless integration with essential banking. Successful soft launch & continuous improvements based on customer feedback.
The Challenge
DC Bank is building a new finance and accounting solution for small businesses in the form of Fuse Financial. DC Bank needed to differentiate the Fuse digital platform from incumbents in the space by offering unique capabilities to small businesses and integrating with essential banking features.
The Solution
Finnovate.io helped design and developed the Fuse platform from the ground up, starting with user journey mapping and wireframe prototyping to front end application development. We led the rapid delivery of software, allowing Fuse to onboard customers for a successful soft launch.
The Impact
Despite a tight timeline, the Fuse platform was successful launched with great reception. The first version of the platform show cased many unique capabilities to early adopters and in true agile fashion, customer feedback is incorporated in the planning of subsequent iterations of development.
